Q1. When do you Roast the Beans?
A. We roast daily to order except the weekend.
Q2. When I place my order how long before the coffee is roasted?
A. After we receive your order, it is roasted especially for you on the very next Roast Day.
AUSTRALIA
Orders and payments received by us before 10am QLD EST on any weekday - then there is an extremely high chance of the order being roasted and shipped that day.
USA
Orders and payments received by 2pm PST on a weekday, will be shipped within 2 business days. Back order notification will be emailed to you. Please provide a street address as UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Q3. What type of coffee beans are available to me?
A. You can have your choice of a selection of listed Fresh Roasted Coffee Blends which are indeed Fresh Roasted especially for you.
Q4. Am I able to have the coffee ground for me? If so, what grind styles am I able to choose from?
A. You may have the coffee ground to your liking - depending on the brand of coffee you choose some are availablr in any of the following styles - Home Espresso - Commercial Espresso - Drip Filter - Stove Top - Plunger
Q5. Can I buy the Whole Coffee Bean or do I have to have it ground?
A. Definitly. If you have your own Coffee Grinder, why not purchase the whole coffee bean and grind them at home. However a lot of what we all love about the coffee is lost very quickly after it is ground. Despite packaging the coffee well, we don't feel confident that you'd be getting the best, as if you had you purchased the Whole Coffee Bean. We would like for our customers to get the best from the coffee they buy, by choosing the Whole Coffee Bean. But we do understand that not everyone has their own in house Coffee Grinder so we are more than happy to grind the beans for you.
Q6. What size packets am I able to buy?
A. Our coffee packaging is available in 250g 500g and 1KG packets for Australia and 12oz bags for the USA Customers with the availabitluy to also have 5lb bags if required price on POA for catering requirements.
Q7. Do you supply any Coffee Accessories in the way of Plungers, Coffee Grinders and Coffee Bean Roasters?
A. We have some products ourselves and are always getting more and more supplies in. We are also Affiliated with several companies dealing with a Hand Crank Coffee Grinder or even Coffee Bean Roasters - so if we haven't got it in, we will endeavour to get this for you as a special order only
